Technique is the first soundset in a new series of upcoming soundsets for Omnisphere 2. Our concept is simple. Take a synthesizer, sample it to bits and recreate its characteristics in Omnisphere while keeping true to its spirit. But also take it into new directions that would never be possible with the original hardware.
First out is Technique, a soundset based on the futuristic looking synth by British synthmaker Modal: The CRAFTsynth. It's tiny, fit in your palm and looks a bit like a toy. But believe us - there is nothing toylike about its sound.
